Pet Policy

Maximum weight at full growth is not to exceed 70lbs.

No vicious breeds including: Akita, American Bull Dog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American or Bull Staffordshire Terrier, Briard, Borozi Hounds, Bull Mastiff, Bull Terrier, Cane Corso, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pincher, Dogo, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Great Pyrenees, Husky, Irish Wolf Hound, Komondor, Malamute, Neopolitan Mastiff, Pitt Bull, Rottweiler, Scottish Deerhound, Spitz, St. Bernard, Stafford Terrier, Presa Canarios, Shar pei, Toso, Inu and Wolf Dog Hybrid.

Pets are limited to two (2) per apartment. Pets must be a minimum of one year of age. Sorry, but we do not permit any visiting pets. Pet owner will certify at move-in that the animal has never bitten another animal or person. Pet Fee: $400, Pet Deposit: $100, Monthly Pet Rent: $25.
